A fish farmer with a productive pond gets 50% of a ₹50,000 aerator (₹25,000), or 60% (₹30,000) if Scheduled Caste — one aerator per 0.5 ha, up to two.

What the document says, word for word
One aerator (2 HP quad paddle-wheel) for a 0.50 ha pond, at most two for a pond of 1.00 ha or more. The pond must already yield at least 4 tonnes/ha and have at least 5 years of lease left. Selection is by random draw in the district committee; first priority to gram-sabha pond lessees from the fisher community, Antyodaya, BPL and widow women, then other gram-sabha lessees, then private pond owners.
“एरेटर सिस्टम की प्रति इकाई लागत रू0.0.50 लाख होगी जिसमे लाभार्थी अंश का धनराशि (समस्त मत्स्य पालकों द्वारा योजना की इकाई लागत का 50% तथा अनुसूचित जाति महिला/पुरुष/अन्य मत्स्य पालक द्वारा 40% धनराशि) लाभार्थी स्वयं के संसाधन से अथवा बैंक ऋण लेकर वहन किया जाएगा। योजनान्तर्गत सामान्य महिला/पुरुष/ अन्य मत्स्य पालक को परियोजना के सापेक्ष 50 प्रतिशत अनुदान की धनराशि अर्थात ₹ 0.25 लाख प्रति इकाई एवं अनुसूचित जाति के महिला/पुरुष/अन्य मत्स्य पालक को 60 प्रतिशत अनुदान अर्थात ₹ 0.30 लाख प्रति इकाई देय होगा।”How much can I claim?

- Apply online on the department portal (fisheries.up.gov.in) when applications open.
- The district selection committee picks beneficiaries by random draw, in the priority order of para 2(4).
- Pay your 50% (40% if SC) share yourself or through a bank loan; the state pays the rest.
