Individuals must be unemployed APST (eligibility 4); ArSRLM SHGs, farmers’ clubs, dairy cooperative societies, registered cooperatives and FPOs can also apply (eligibility 1). For the ₹15 lakh poultry enterprise unit, the 10% beneficiary share (₹1.50 lakh) must be deposited in the bank first (eligibility 9). People already helped under another Atma Nirbhar scheme are not preferred and need a NOC (eligibility 5).

- APST certificate and PRC/domicile certificate
- Aadhaar card, bank passbook (account number and IFSC) and PAN card of the applicant and guarantor
- LPC/land certificate certified by the CO/EAC
- Education or relevant training certificate, 3 passport photos of the applicant and guarantor, and the “Catch Them Young” training certificate if any
How to apply
- Watch for your district’s circular: in Lohit the Deputy Commissioner invited 2025-26 applications on 28 October 2025, with a last date of 14 November 2025.
- Get the form from the nearest Veterinary Officer, veterinary hospital or dispensary, and submit it there with the documents (circular, last paragraph).
- The Veterinary Officer checks your land; the District Level Implementation cum Monitoring Committee under the Deputy Commissioner selects beneficiaries (eligibility 7–8).
- You and your guarantor must not be bank defaulters; the subsidy comes with a bank loan (eligibility 6).

Each district sets its own dates; Lohit took 2025-26 applications until 14 November 2025.
