Papers you need
- Printout of your online i-Khedut application; keep it with you (Annexure-3 (1) and Annexure-4 (1), pp.77–78).
- Bills and other proof of your purchase or work, shown to the horticulture officer for checking (Annexure-3 (4) and Annexure-4 (4), pp.77–78).
- For cluster post-harvest infrastructure: loan sanction from an RBI-recognised bank or NCDC, obtained before you apply on i-Khedut (Annexure-2(અ) component 35 remarks, p.28).
- Only if you apply in the 5% quota for persons with disabilities: a valid disability certificate (condition 76, p.6).
How to apply
- Apply online on the i-Khedut portal and keep a printout of the application (Annexure-3 (1), p.77).
- The district office checks the papers online and the project is approved at the competent level within the target (Annexure-4 (2)–(3)).
- Finish the work in time and submit bills; a joint inspection committee checks the site (Annexure-4 (4)).
- The help is paid by DBT — for bank-loan projects into the lending bank’s subsidy reserve fund account (Annexure-4 (5)).

When to apply
HRT-2 runs from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027; apply on i-Khedut while the year’s target is open.
Combining with other schemes
