- Apply in response to the newspaper advertisement through the District Fisheries Officer; the district-level committee selects farmers (para 12(ख), (घ)).
- Farmers are taken in clusters, and nobody gets the same benefit twice (para 12(ख)).
- The state share is paid to your bank account by DBT (para 12(ख)–(घ)).
