How to apply
- Register on the PoCRA DBT portal and apply; if the land is jointly held, upload the other holders’ no-objection (लाभार्थी 1–2).
- Do it in stages: first plant mulberry, then build the rearing house, then buy the equipment — each stage is sanctioned only after the previous one is done (सर्वसाधारण सूचना 2–3).
- Finish the work and claim on the DBT portal within 60 days of pre-sanction, uploading the original bills (लाभार्थी 3–4).

When to apply
Apply any time on the PoCRA DBT portal while the project runs (2025-26 to 2030-31); work must be finished and the claim filed within the days set after pre-sanction.
