How to apply
- Apply through your block Agriculture / Horticulture / Agricultural Engineering office under the parent scheme (integrated farming, protected cultivation, machinery or solar pump) and ask for the Annal Ambedkar additional subsidy (para 13(i)).
- Carry your community certificate and proof that you are a small or marginal farmer — the extra subsidy is only for SC/ST small and marginal farmers (para 13(i)).
- For a free borewell or tube well with pump on rainfed land without irrigation, apply to the Agricultural Engineering Department; 300 farmers are covered in 2026-27 (para 13(ii)).
